We are seeking an individual with excellent verbal, written and telephone skills who are considering a career in sales. You will provide support to a sales team and interact by phone with clients and prospects. You must be very customer oriented, able to work in a team environment, and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities:

Experience:
Minimum 2-3 years customer support and sales experience. Experience with databases and contact management systems a plus. This position requires a person with strong interpersonal, communication organizational and computer skills.

Paradigm Imaging Group a leading provider of Engineering Document Imaging Solutions has an immediate opportunity for a CAD Conversion Technician in our Engineering Document Imaging and Conversion Department. Successful candidate will be responsible for scanning, automatic, and interactive raster to vector conversion of customer drawings, providing clear and accurate conversion and quality control as needed. Requires at least 1 to 2 years of experience in an engineering-related environment and proficiency in AutoCAD releases 13,14 & 2000. Must be able to read and understand a wide variety of technical media including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical and architectural designs, schematics and maps. High school diploma and 1 year of analytical geometry and computer drafting required.

Successful candidate must be detail oriented, able to work efficiently, and have good computer/typing skills (30 wpm), and have good communication skills.
